Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using THE COURT BUSINESS (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Content
Articles, editorials and directory listings on the Site are provided for general information purposes. While we work hard to keep our reporting accurate and current, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the Site or its content for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Your use of any information on the Site is entirely at your own risk.
3. The directory
The supplier directory is curated editorially. Inclusion signals relevance to racket club operators, not an endorsement, and is never a substitute for your own independent diligence. Descriptions, regions and categories are provided in good faith and may change. We are not party to any agreement you form with a listed supplier, and we accept no liability for their products, services or conduct.
4. Comments
Comments are public. You are responsible for the comments you post and confirm they are lawful and do not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, hide or remove any comment at our sole discretion. Posting a comment grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site.
5. Intellectual property
All editorial content, branding and design on the Site are owned by THE COURT BUSINESS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share and quote extracts with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the Site without written permission. Supplier names and marks in the directory belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to post unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape or interfere with the Site's operation, or misrepresent your identity. We may restrict access for violations.
7. Newsletter
The Weekly Dispatch is free. We may include sponsored placements or affiliate relationships in editorial and newsletter content; any such placement will be identified as such. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE COURT BUSINESS and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content, including any dealings with suppliers listed in the directory.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publication operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions about these terms, see the Privacy Policy or reach us via the contact details in our newsletter.
